Historical or Biographical Sketch:
Maryline Cauthen Westenhaver was born on December 31, 1907 and was a lifelong resident of Auburn, Alabama. She attended Alabama Polytechnic Institute (now Auburn University) from 1925 to 1929 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture. She was involved in a variety of civic and social activities in Auburn for many years. She died on December 27, 1993.

Scope and Content:
Collection contains newspaper articles involving Maryline Cauthen Westenhaver, Auburn University, the Auburn community, and the surrounding area. There are also photgraphs showing her family, Auburn University and Auburn, Alabama dating back as far back as 1938. The collection also contains various items such as her parent's land tax records, her work with the Auburn Women's Club, and other records regarding her life.
