Biographical Sketch:  Sergeant Hank L. Winand served in World War II in the 445th Bomb Group, 700th Bomb Squadron as a waist-gunner on a B-24.

Scope / Content:  Contains photo-ID pin of Hank L. Winand and his diary describing his crew’s thirty missions over France and Germany.  Winand’s diary provides excellent details on these secret bombing raids.
