Organizational Sketch: Cotton ginning company formed in 1937 by J. G. Laney with two gins in Tallasee, Alabama. Later expanded to Notasulga, Liberty City, and Carville, Alabama.

Scope / Content: Largely financial records, including journals, account books, balance sheets, contracts, invoices, tax records, and day books from various years.
