Job Evaluation  

- Demonstrates satisfactory performance of all duties, as documented in periodic performance reviews on a consistent basis

- Exhibits proven interpersonal skills; establishes and maintains positive and supportive relationships with peers and others to work effectively as a member of a team

- Brings independent thought and solid judgment to the intricacies of the job; performs as a self-starter

- Is considered by the supervisor to be fully qualified and apt to perform all or nearly all library tasks and procedures in their area, even in the most complex and difficult cases, in a commendable manner

- redesign a significant program component (e.g., operations, forms or processes/procedures

- present a paper, poster session or workshop on library issues to a library audience or at an external conference

- publish a paper or related library materials in a state, regional, or national outlet

- other (with documentation)

Achieve two or more of the following (may be within same item):

- develop a significant library-related program, manual, web page, etc.
