A major collection of U. S. federal government documents, the American State Papers consist of bound volumes of all reports, documents, and journals of the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives for the years 1789-1838. The American State Papers are the predecessor to the U.S. Congressional Serial Set which begins with the 15th. Congress in 1817 and continues through the present. The digitization of the Serial Set is being done in stages by the Readex company and is part of the Archive of Americana series of databases and currently is available for the 15th. - 58th. ARTFL Database

The ARTFL implementation of the FRANTEXT database (formerly the Tršor de la Langue Franȧise) consists of nearly 2000 texts, ranging from classic works of French literature to various kinds of non-fiction prose and technical writing. The eighteenth, nineteenth and twentieth centuries are about equally represented, with a smaller selection of seventeenth century texts as well as some medieval and Renaissance texts. Genres include novels, verse, theater, journalism, essays, correspondence, and treatises. Subjects include literary criticism, biology, history, economics, and philosophy. In most cases standard scholarly editions were used in converting the text into machine-readable form, and the data contain page references to these editions.

Children's Core Collection and its archive are the electronic versions of Wilson's standard reference work of the same name. Children's Core collection is a selective annotated list of fiction and nonfiction books and magazines for children from preschool through sixth grade, along with review sources and other professional aids for children's librarians and school media specialists. Nonfiction works are classified by subject according to the Dewey Decimal Classification. Works of fiction, story collections, and picture books are designated Fic, S C, and E.

Current Research Information System (CRIS) is a database containing reports of current, ongoing, and recently completed federal and state supported research projects in the fields of agriculture, food and nutrition, and forestry. This database is produced by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). The projects are conducted by USDA research agencies, state agricultural experiment stations, the state land-grant university system, other cooperating state institutions, and participants in a number of USDA sponsored research grant programs. Updated monthly, CRIS contains over 30,000 project descriptions showing the project Investigator(s); institution; problem statement of the research project; the aims and objectives; approach and methodology; results and progress; and publications reporting these or related findings.

The Turfgrass Information Center (TIC) is a repository of publicly available and selected professional, trade and scholarly information on turgrass. The Center provides a searchable database of over 140,000 records of information sources on turfgrasss, of which about one-third contain full-text sources. The scholarly journals in TIC include Applied Turfgrass Science. TIC includes some full-text electronic books, conference papers and reports such as those by the United States Golf Association (USGA). TIC aims to serve as a portal to all the worldwide literature on turfgrass, therefore the database sometimes provides bibliographic records to journal and magazine literature to 'restricted access' material that provide full-text through other additional subscriptions beyond the TIC subscription.
