General Suggestions

- Fill out the ILL request forms as completely as possible.
- Allow plenty of time for your requests. Most materials come in a few days, but not all.
- Track the progress of your requests by clicking on 'View/Modify Outstanding Requests' in ILLiad.
- If you don't receive your materials within 1-2 weeks, contact ILL. There may be a problem.
- Unfortunately, there are some things that ILL cannot borrow or buy. In this case, please contact your
Library Subject Specialist.
