LRAC Funding
Things to Remember when estimating expenses:
LRAC cannot fund you if you do not:

1. Request LRAC funding.

LRAC can fund: Photocopies, Photographs, ILL, Research Travel, and Mailings (among others).
2. Get LRAC approval before spending money!

e.g. if you don't ask, we can't fund; and if your receipt predates your application, we can't reimburse!

REMEMBER to talk with them before purchasing supplies/equipment you may be able to order or direct charge items. LRAC cannot reimburse for sales tax and because the library has accounts with many companies/stores that will allow you to get things at a discount. BUT ASK FIRST!!!!
Project I.D.
This will be assigned by LRAC once the project is approved. In order to utilize use Interlibrary Loan, order materials, and be reimbursed this number must be referenced. Also, when sending progress reports to LRAC this number should be used.
