25% Increase in Library Instruction

2008 in the Libraries saw a 25% increase in Instruction sessions under the coordination of Nancy Noe and with the hard work of the teaching faculty. Up from 2007′s 11,880 participants in 594 classes, faculty taught 15,000 participants in 750 classes in 2008. When asked, Nancy said she’s thankful that she doesn’t teach all of these sessions on her own and that the dedicated library faculty participate in helping Auburn students learn the information literacy skills needed for success during their academic careers at Auburn and their world after graduation.
