How do I get a Library Card?
If you are a current Student, Faculty or Staff member, in order to borrow
materials from the Auburn University Libraries you must:
A.present a valid bar-coded photo ID (TigerCard) to charge out materials from
AU Libraries.
B.read the Circulation Policies and sign the User Circulation Agreement. All
students
will abide by the regulations set forth in the Tiger Cub.
You are responsible for all library materials charged out to your card. TigerCards
are
non-transferable except for those who are considered faculty/staff or a Non-AU
employee. A lost TigerCard must be reported immediately to the TigerCard Center
and
Library's Access Services office. You must notify the Registrar's Office of
any address
change.

Library card?

AUBIECat, the AU Libraries' Online
Catalog.
Where can I check the status of my Interlibrary Loan request?
For questions concerning Interlibrary Loan, call 844-1728, Monday-Friday, 7:45
a.m.-4:45 p.m.
How can I renew my books online?
Self Renewal Procedure
- Go to AUBIECat;
- Click on the orange "Patron Information" button at the top;
- Follow the onscreen instructions to access your record. These steps will
pull up your patron information. You should see renewal check boxes to the
left of each title. If you don't, call Circulation at 844-1701.
- Click the renewal box of each item you want to renew;
- Click the "Renew" bar at the bottom of the list;
- Look at the box on the right of each item to see if it has been renewed
and to find out your new due date. If it says "Not Renewed," bring the book
to the first floor Circulation Desk. Journals cannot be renewed.
