The Legal Information Institute - Cornell University - Contains U.S. Supreme Court cases from 1937 to the Present but can only be searched by first party, second party, or year.

 

The Oyez Project - Northwestern University - U.S. Supreme Court Multi-Media Database. Not quite complete but excellent for searching by topic.

 

The Center for Information Law and Policy - Villanova University - Contains U.S. Supreme Court Cases from 1937 through 1975 and can be accessed by U.S. Reports volume number.

Maine District Court - This site lists case names for cases filed in 1998.  It also contains local court rules and frequently   used forms.

Puerto Rico District Court - This site has local rules and forms.

2nd Circuit:

New York Eastern District Court - Contains local rules and forms as well as instructions for electronic filing with the court.

New York Northern District Court - Contains local rules and forms.

New York Southern District Court - Contains selected court rulings as well as local rules and forms.  Practitioners can be e-mailed when cases pending have been decided.

3rd Circuit:

Pennsylvania Eastern District Court - Contains opinions filed since June 1997.  Also local rules and bankruptcy rules.

4th Circuit:

Maryland District Court - Contains current opinions in PDF format. Site also contains local rules and example forms.

North Carolina Middle District Court - Contains local rules and forms but no opinions.

South Carolina District Court - University of South Carolina School of Law contains opinions from 1994 - Present.

5th Circuit:

Louisiana Middle District Court - Contains local rules, judicial biographies for the district, and a history of the district.

Mississippi Northern District Court - Contains forms, local rules and a link to opinions at the University of Mississippi.

Mississippi Southern District Court - Contains local rules in PDF format.

Texas Eastern District Court - Contains local rules and frequently requested cases.

Texas Northern District Court - Contains local rules, Pro Se guidelines, and judicial biographies.

Texas Western District Court - Contains local rules and contacts.

6th Circuit:

Kentucky Western District Court - Contains docket and filing information from 1991 to the present.  Also has local rules and contacts.
