Review of 2007-2012 Strategic Plan
As a first step in the road to a new strategic plan we are reviewing what we have accomplished, and are still accomplishing, under the 2007-2012 plan.
Instructions: Each unit should look at each item and note 1) whether the library has accomplished, or at least worked on, the particular item and 2) what contributions (if any) your unit has made to that item. NOTE: If your unit has done something to further any of these strategic directions but you can’t seem to fit it in any of the goals or objectives, please list it for the Committee to work in to the final document.
