In order to help patrons better figure out the location of where to find items in the Auburn University Libraries, online floor plans now appear online when conducting a search through AUBIEcat, the Auburn University Libraries’ online catalog. The floor plans can be enlarged for better visibility by clicking on them. If an item is located in either the Library of Architecture, Design, and Construction (LADC) or the Veterinary Medical Library, the icon instructs patrons to click on it for a campus map, showing the location of these branch libraries. If an item is available electronically, the icon clearly indicates that the item is an electronic resource and clearly indicates how to gain access.
AUBIEcat, the A.U. Libraries’ online catalog, is available by clicking on the “Books and Journals” link located in the upper left hand side of the A.U. Libraries homepage.
