The Auburn University Graduate School now requires electronic copies of theses and dissertations.  Consequently, the Graduate School has created a database making these works freely available on the World Wide Web and the A. U. Libraries have added a link to this AUETD (Auburn University Electronic Thesis and Dissertation) database under the Articles and Databases link located in the upper left hand side of the A. U. Libraries homepage . The database mainly covers the period from 2004 onward.  It is possible to arrange titles by date, department, and author.  It is possible to search titles by keyword, title, author, department, major professor, and year.  Theses and dissertations are available online but researchers will need to load Adobe Acrobat software to view the documents.
