Library Exhibit on Am. Archives Month

Located in the five flat glass display cases on the east side of the Special Collections and Archives Department is an exhibit on “American Archives Month:  Celebrating the American Record.”

The exhibit includes information on the life cycle of archival records, a glossary of terms, and examples of archival materials such as ephemera including postcards and pamphlets; archival supplies such as document cleaning pads and latex gloves; photographs and negatives; and artifacts including flint Indian arrowheads and a brick from Broun Hall.

The Special Collections and Archives Department is located on the Ground Floor of the Ralph Brown Draughon Library.
