Reference Chat Link Added to Catalog
Patrons using AUBIEcat, the Auburn University Libraries’ online public access catalog, will now automatically encounter the “Ask a Librarian” online chat service link if they encounter a problem while conducting a search for library materials. Formerly known as “InfoChat,” the “Ask a Librarian” online chat service link has been available for a number of years in the upper right hand side of the Auburn University Libraries homepage under the heading “Ask a Librarian.” AUBIEcat , the online public access catalog, is located under the Books and Journals link located on the A. U. Libraries homepage on the left side of the screen under the heading “Find.”
We hope the additional access point will remind patrons of the availability of this service.
