The Complete New Yorker (DVD Collection)

Covering the years 1925-2005, this collection makes available 4109 issues of The New Yorker.  Eight DVD-ROMs.  The collection is located in the Media and Digital Resource Lab on the First Floor of the Ralph Brown Draughon Library under call number AP 2 .N6764 2005 and must be used in the MDRL.

Edited by Lise Winer and published by McGill-Queen’s University Press in 2009, this lengthy volume (1039 pages) is located on the Third Floor of the Ralph Brown Draughon Library under call number PM 7874 .T7 D53 2009.

The Special Collections and Archives Department has recently mounted an exhibit featuring Alabama Actors and Actresses.

The exhibit features photographs, biographical information, and miniature reproductions of movie posters on 35 Alabama actors and actresses such as Tallulah Bankhead and James “Jim” Nabors.

The exhibit is located in the three large glass display cases immediately upon one’s left upon entering the Special Collections and Archives Department which itself is located on the Ground Floor of the Ralph Brown Draughon Library.
