With the recent opening of the Mell Classroom Building adjoining the Ralph Brown Draughon Library, the Reference Desk, formerly located on the Second Floor of the RBD Library in the Learning Commons area, has moved and been renamed.   The RBD Help Desk is located on the Second Floor in the newly renovated area near the Ralph Brown Draughon Library entrance doors near where the Caribou Coffee café was formerly located.   Library patrons are encouraged to stop by the RBD Help Desk for research-related assistance as well as other library-related assistance.

The RBD Help Desk continues to maintain the same hours of service:   during Fall and Spring Semester regular hours are Monday - Thursday, 8 a.m. - 12 midnight; Friday, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.; Saturday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. (NOTE:  9 a.m. - 1 p.m. on home football game days); and Sunday, 1 p.m. - 12 midnight.   Patrons can also seek assistance via telephone at (334) 844-1737 and (334) 844-1684 and also via e-mail, computer chat, and text messaging (see the Ask-a-Librarian link on the Auburn University Libraries homepage)
