Seminars on Endnote citation software are being offered to faculty members and graduate students during the Fall Semester.  Click on the Seminars link located under the “Services” link located in the upper left hand side of the screen of the Auburn University Libraries homepage for registration information, etc.  Seminars are free but registration is required.

Currently, the following EndNote seminars are being offered:

Thursday, November 11 at 3:30 - 5:00 p.m.

Friday, November 12 at 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.*

Friday, November 12 at 1 - 3 p.m.**

*Advanced EndNoteThis special one-time session will be led by a trained instructor from EndNote.  This session will be guided by questions from the attendees.  If you have any questions about EndNote or have any problems getting EndNote to do what you need, this is a terrific opportunity.

**Endnote Web:  EndNote Web is a version of EndNote which is free to institutions like Auburn University that subscribe to the database Web of Science. EndNote Web works much like EndNote in principle but some of the specific details are different. EndNote Web can be used as a stand alone reference manager or with EndNote. Since EndNote is web-based, it can be accessed anywhere the web is available. References placed into EndNote Web can be transferred to EndNote and vice versa. This class is a hands-on introduction that covers the four ways to get references into EndNote Web: (1) Manually; (2) Directly from Web of Science; (3) Two-step import from a database; and (4) Directly from PubMed or the library catalog. Also covered is how to use My EndNote to write a paper.
