Full-text access to several hundred thousand documents in the ERIC database was removed starting in August 2012 due to security concerns. Access has been restored on a rolling basis and now stands at 94% of ERIC documents.
ERIC is a database sponsored by the U.S. Department of Education's Institute of Education Sciences. It provides free access to bibliographic records of journal articles and other Education-related materials and, if available, includes links to full text.
The Auburn University Libraries provide three versions of ERIC:
1) ERIC from the Institute of Education Sciences, U.S. Department of Education
2) ERIC from EBSCO (database vendor)
3) ERIC from Ovid (database vendor).
