The Grove Music Online database is now part of the Oxford Music Online database.  Oxford Music Online is a full-text encyclopedia of music covering all aspects of classical, contemporary, world, and popular music.  Grove Music Online features the New Grove Dictionary of Music and Musicians, 2nd. edition, the New Grove Dictionary of Opera, and the New Grove Dictionary of Jazz, 2nd. edition.  Please NOTE: database access is restricted to three simultaneous users.

Wall Street Journal

Contains the full-text Wall Street Journal newspaper which has extensive coverage of stock markets, finance, investments, and business-oriented news.  This database version from ProQuest includes business and financial news and analysis, company news, regular columns, special reports, articles on the national and world economy, editorials and opinion, interviews, and Reuters news stories.  It excludes charts and free standing tabular data, such as stock tables and other listings (this information can be found in the print copy available for the past three months at the Circulation Desk on the First Floor of the Ralph Brown Draughon Library or in the microfilm copy located on the First Floor in the Microfilm Newspaper Collection for the period 1889 onwards except the past three months).  Coverage in the database is full text from 1984 through the present.

Clio Notes on America:  History and Life

Clio Notes for America:  History and Life will guide you through subject in United States history, by allowing you to browse through chronologies and brief summaries of significant events and themes in American history.  On the main screen, you will find a list of major time periods and events.  Each of these is further divided into subtopics that display informative essays and suggestions for further research.  Linked subject terms are also provided, which allow you to search the entire America:  History and Life database for articles, book and media reviews, and dissertations.

Clio Notes on Historical Abstracts
